A 10 hour day is split into 2 parts. First half of the night is spent sorting packages and placing them into bags and the second is picking. There are atleast 10 different roles you could be put in, changing every night, depending on your training. The work is extremely fast paced as you only have 7 hours to get through 20k-60k packages.
