Lovetap conan exiles

Hey folks, ive got either some bad RNG luck or im missing something. Im farming fagments and from the like 40 or 50 i traded in, i got multiple receipes like 4-5 times already. is this just realy bad RNG, do i overestimate the amount of recipes there are in the library, or is there some kind of system that influences what kind of recipe you get depending on where you get the fragments from?
