One thing to note, the 4110 & 6000 are two different tractors from different sources. The 4110 is a TYM unit from S. Korea w/ Mahindra nameplates. The 6000 is a Mahindra made tractor from India. I've had shift fork problems with my 4wd a few times and had to replace the fork a couple of times, but that can be done by draining the hydraulic oil and the shifter/fork assy unbolts from the side of the case easily.
