Jun 22, 2022 · This is an issue with the Base Station, and having to go through the remove battery and plug, then put back, has gotten old. It still does not reconnect. What has also gotten old is the "Keypad Out Of Range" message and being unable to reconnect to Base Station. I'm about done with SimpliSafe.

Now on the third day the Base Station does not have the ability to Refresh (can not communicate with SimpliSafe) using my computer or the Android phone app. This happens only on Battery, works when plugged into AC power; so now you are sending a replacement Base Station.
